Branding and launch plan for a coalition of Michigan nonprofits
The Clinton River Watershed Council, Huron River Watershed Council, and Friends of the Rouge wanted to join forces and create a coalition to fortify the local watershed community and promote cleaner rivers and lakes. They sought our expertise for their entire ideation and launch, including creating a cohesive brand identity, drafting their key messaging to funders and community members, and promotional strategy to raise awareness for their programs.
This project was done in collaboration with Villa Marketing Co. and Orso Design.
We named the newly formed coalition the "Rain Catchers Collective" after understanding the goals and vibrant backgrounds of the three nonprofits.
We created a fresh and modern brand identity that also harmonized well with member organizations' existing branding.
We wrote comprehensive messaging, marketing, and communication strategies, along with a promotional plan, collaboration opportunities, and community engagement initiatives, fostering meaningful connections with local communities and municipalities.
